Retailers throughout North East will have in-store specials and drawings. Sugar Plum Marketplace, located in the First Baptist Church, 43 S. Lake St., offers local crafters and vendors.

The event is from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and noon to 4 p.m. on Sunday.
